Hi, everyone!
Whether we like it or not, at some point, we’re going to have alone time at some point. Whether we’re literally the only person in the room, or just feel all alone in a crowded room, there’s a good side and a bad side to alone time.
The good side: you can use this time to relax, recharge, have some fun, explore, work on yourself, practice, plan ahead, try new things, and so much more. If you embrace this, you can seize opportunities and have experiences you never thought possible!
The bad side: it can feel lonely and isolating. It can lead to self-doubt, which can lead to all kinds of negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. However, if you remember the previous paragraph, it can help stave off of those negative aspects.
