“Jammin’ with Jamie” Theme: “Supernatural Songs (Halloween 2016: Part 1)”!

Hi, everyone!

… It’s time.

It doesn’t seem like that long ago that we helped ourselves to a heap of haunting hors d’oeuvres to celebrate being halfway to Halloween!

At this time last year, I wasn’t doing Jammin’ with Jamie, and I didn’t anticipate just how much I’d miss sharing some of my favorite music––– from my lifelong Halloween hallmark harmonies to new diabolically delightful ditties I discovered––– with you amazing Jammers!

When I first started Jammin’ with Jamie in October 2011, I dove right into the dungeon of devilishly dance-able ditties, and have continued that grand tradition ever since!

Now that I’m back on the airwaves (and online), I’m not wasting any time in going back to my roots… even if I have to hike through a haunted forest to find those roots!

Now that I’m back on the airwaves (and online), I’m not wasting any time in going back to my roots… even if I have to hike through a haunted forest to find those roots!

So crack open your favorite spell book, refresh yourself with your favorite potion from your cauldron, and invite the spirits in your house to sing and dance along with us to…

… “Supernatural Songs (Halloween 2016: Part 1)”!

This week, we’re going to jam to a score of supernatural songs, casting a spooky spotlight in particular on witches (both good and wicked) and ghosts!

We’ll be jammin’ to Halloween music through the end of October, but each week will have a different thrilling theme, to make sure we jam to as many macabre melodies as possible!

The tunes we’ll be jammin’ to this week come courtesy of artists such as Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, Bing Crosby, Dr. Elmo, and more! Certain selections come from films such as Hocus Pocus (1993), Casper (1995), The Wizard of Oz (1939), and Into the Woods (2014), TV shows such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and stage musicals such as Wicked: The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz! Check out the categories and tags below for more!

I hope you consider jammin’ with us this week! If you like what you hear, let me know: I record every show and will happily send it to you! For more information about Jammin’ with Jamie, go here!

Thank you for reading, listening, and “jammin’,”
Jamie Lee
